100% lash exchanges are on us! We will send you one extra pair of lashes completely for free! All you have to do is pay the $5 shipping fee and we will swap out your lashes for you.
We care about our customer's happiness and we want them to feel confident that they’re buying something that will make them happy. If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include pictures and a video of the damaged package, along with your order number. Once our team has identified the issue, we will replace your package for you absolutely free of charge.
What items can be returned or exchanged?
We accept returns of current merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from receipt, unless otherwise noted.
How should I return my item?
- Pack your items carefully in their original packaging.
- If you wish to use the same shipping box, please put the new shipping label you received on top of the previous shipping label, if not, please use another shipping box.
- Follow the instructions provided and mail your return back to us within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return is received, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to post.
What items are not eligible for a return?
- Used or altered items
- Items purchased outside of moitie.com
- Free gifts, sale or promotional items
- Store gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Handmade products, such as 10-Day Nails, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
- Subscription and membership orders are non-refundable
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
